As a board member of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention’s Tennessee chapter and a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor, she leads jobsite training nationwide. Tricia is also pursuing a master’s in industrial-organizational psychology, equipping her with tools to build safer, healthier workplaces.
