Description

Emerging Leaders will be hosting a jobsite tour of The Gulch Hub project contracted by ABC Member Company, Brasfield & Gorrie, followed by a happy hour social at Pins Mechanical.

The Gulch Hub project in downtown Nashville is a core and shell and tenant build-out project that includes a dual-tower complex, six-level parking deck, and street-level retail space. Totaling over a million sq ft, the two office towers will be connected by a two-story lobby and two sky bridges. Asurion will be the single tenant in the new building that is designed for smart technology and is pursuing LEED Gold certification.
